Are all sneakers new?

We only sell 100% new and authentic items . All sneakers are checked and assessed in advance.

How can I track my shipment?

As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an e-mail. Via this e-mail you can click on the button: Follow your shipment . Clicking on this will take you to the Track & Trace page, where you can track the status of your package. You can also follow my order via the live chat on the link track your package.

What is the delivery time of my order?

Ordered before 17:00, your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Which delivery options can I choose?

All our orders are shipped by PostNL.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, no shipping costs charged. Different rates apply to all other countries in and outside the EU.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Can I exchange my order?

You can exchange a sneaker purchased in our webshop for a different size. The return costs are at your own expense.

Do I have to pay for an exchange or for the return?

The return costs for a return or exchange are at your own expense. These are not reimbursed by us.
