Not completely satisfied or need a different size?

You can easily return or exchange your sneakers within 14 days of receipt.

Register your return via the return portal by clicking HERE and follow the steps.

After approval, you will automatically receive a return label.

When registering, you can choose what you want:

  • Exchange for a different size or color
  • Receive a gift card
  • Get your money back via the original payment method

Note:

The prices of our sneakers may change compared to the price at which you placed your order. This is due to ongoing market price fluctuations. Please keep this in mind when choosing an exchange.

Once your return shipment is received in our warehouse, we will process it within 7 working days.

You will be automatically kept informed of the status.

Return Costs
  • Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany: €9.95
  • All other countries: €15.00

Return costs are at your own expense.
KeepItSneaker is not responsible for loss during shipping. Therefore, always keep your shipping receipt until your return is fully processed.

Problems registering your return?

Unable to register your return? Send us an email with your order number and indicate whether you want to exchange the item or get a refund.

Also indicate whether you agree to the return costs; otherwise, we cannot process it.

Return Conditions – KeepItSneaker

Of course, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you still want to return, please ensure your return shipment meets the following conditions:

✔ The sneakers are unworn – There must be no creases, dirt, or other signs of use visible.

✔ The original shoe box is intact – Return the box as you received it, without damage.

✔ All included items are present – Think of factory labels, extra laces, tags, cards, and other accessories. These must still be attached to the product.

✔ Use an extra outer box for shipping – Always send your return in an additional box to prevent damage.

✔ Keep your shipping receipt safe – KeepItSneaker is not liable for lost returns without a valid shipping receipt.

Cancellation Policy

Want to cancel your order? Follow the rules below:

Within 4 hours of ordering: No extra costs will be charged for cancellations within 4 hours.

After 4 hours: If you cancel after 4 hours, a €15 cancellation fee will be charged. This is because we operate internationally and incur costs to process and ship your package within 4 hours.

NOTE! If you ordered with Klarna, we always charge €15 for cancellations. This is because Klarna charges us transaction fees immediately that we cannot recover. These costs also apply if you cancel within 4 hours of your order.

Refused package on delivery

If a package is refused upon delivery and returned to sender, the return costs will be charged.

We always strive to make the process as smooth as possible and hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions about the return or cancellation policy, please contact our customer service!
