24-Hour Collection

At KeepItSneaker, we have an exclusive 24-hour collection. For each size, it is indicated whether a sneaker is part of this collection. Sneakers from the 24-hour collection are shipped within 24 hours after placing the order, so you can quickly enjoy your new purchase.

 

Shipping

We ship goods from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 5:00 PM on a business day fall under our standard shipping time of 1 to 10 business days. Please note that this refers to processing time and does not guarantee that you will receive your order on the same day.

 

Shipping Partners

All orders are shipped with PostNL, UPS, or DPD. For orders outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any import fees and additional taxes.

 

Responsibility

We want to emphasize that KeepItSneaker is not liable for damage, loss, or delays that may occur when choosing shipping options such as leaving packages with neighbors or in a safe place.

Traceability

Easily track your order with the track and trace link you receive by email. This way, you are always informed about the status of your sneakers.

 

Packaging

To ensure your sneakers arrive in top condition, they are shipped in a double box. Accessories are carefully packaged for safe delivery.

 

Important Notes

Published shipping times are indicative, and although we strive to meet them, no rights can be derived from them.

 

Important: If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please report this within a maximum of 5 business days. After this period, we are not responsible for the loss of the package, as our shipped packages are no longer insured after that time.
