Orders placed before 5:00 PM on a working day fall under the standard shipping time, but this does not guarantee delivery on the same day. We ship from Monday to Friday. Dispatch
We ship goods from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 5:00 PM on a working day fall under our standard shipping time of 1 to 7 working days. Please note that this refers to the processing time and does not guarantee that you will receive your order on the same day.

Important: If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, report this within a maximum of 5 working days. After this period, we are not responsible for the loss of the package, as our shipped packages are no longer insured after that time.
