Shipping

We ship goods from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 5:00 PM on a business day fall under our standard shipping time of 1 to 10 business days. Please note that this refers to processing time and does not guarantee that you will receive your order on the same day.

Shipping Partners

All orders are shipped with PostNL, UPS, or DPD. For orders outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any import costs and additional taxes.

Important: If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please report this within a maximum of 5 business days. After this period, we are not responsible for the loss of the package, as our shipped packages are no longer insured after that time.
