We ship goods from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 5:00 PM on a business day fall under our standard shipping time of 1 to 7 business days. Please note that this refers to processing time and does not guarantee that you will receive your order on the same day.

Important: If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, report this within a maximum of 5 business days. After this period, we are not responsible for the loss of the package, as our shipped packages are no longer insured after that time.
